Product Features

1. Good water solubility and can be completely dissolved in cold water.
2. Adding a small amount of cationic polyacrylamide products can achieve great flocculation effect.Generally, you only need to add 0.01~10ppm (0.01~10g/m3) to fully exert its effect.
3. Using cationic polyacrylamide products and inorganic flocculants (polymer ferric sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, iron salts, etc.) at the same time can show greater effects.

Instructions for use:

When using this product, the concentration should be controlled at 0.1-0.2%. When supporting dissolution equipment and dosing system are not used, a dissolution and dilution tank should be installed.Use a screw pump to add, and adjust the dosage according to actual conditions.

 

Application

As a flocculant, this product is mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation processes.Including sedimentation, clarification, concentration and sludge dehydration processes.The main industries used are: urban sewage treatment, paper industry, food processing industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, mineral processing industry, dyeing industry, sugar industry and wastewater treatment in various industries.In the papermaking industry, it can be used as paper dry strength agent, retention agent, and filter aid, which can greatly improve the quality of paper, save costs, and increase the production capacity of paper mills.In recent years, it has also been widely used as oilfield chemical agents in oilfield operations: such as clay anti-swelling agents, thickeners for oilfield acidification, oily wastewater treatment agents, etc.

1. Polyacrylamide solid powder can not be directly used for sewage treatment. Before be used in water treatment, the polyacrylamide particles must be dissolved in tap water, then the aqueous solution is used to treat the sewage.

2. Dissolving the polyacrylamide PAM white particles into a 0.1%-0.3% aqueous solution (ie, adding 0.1 g-0.3 g of polyacrylamide particles to 100 ml of clean water). and stirring is continued for 30-40 minutes until the granules are completely dissolved.

3. When treating the sewage with polyacrylamide PAM aqueous solution, first add 1ml aqueous solution in 100ml sewage to see the sedimentation flocculation effect, and then reduce or increase the dosage as appropriate.
